Personally, I wouldn't go with a lighter flywheel. Most people say stay away from the Ricky Stator brand of electrical components. Stick to OEM 250R or go to the CR250 ignitions

I run mine with the clip in the middle and around a 390-420 main. When you replace the float needle you can get it with needle and seat so all that is new. Step 2- Remove the piston and keep all the parts in a safe place. Step 3- Removing the crankshaft from the bearings could be a little tricky if it is seated in there tightly. The new TRX5B or 'B' series of pipes fall short on HP by 2% to 3%...they do run 5-10 degrees cooler than the older TRX5 & TRX9 pipes. 2% to 3% equats to 1 to 1.5 HP for the average engine.
