Hearthsteel Vladimir. Tried to build Vladimir with the new mythic (Hearthsteel). Was rather interesting. Totaly i had 7k hp and a bit less than a 1.1k AP. I was playing against Yasuo so it wasn't that hard to proc the passive. I know hes not in the best spot atm but i really like his kit. Every wave your enemy mid loses completely is a huge advantage for you. After you have Fiendish Codex not many Champs can still bully you out of lane either because of the healerinos. Try to hit at least 80 CS per 10 Min in every game. Don't sleep on using W to clear wave very fast either when its safe to do so.

Aatrox player here, and you're 100% correct. Its easier for aatrox to break freeze than for vlad to freeze it. Also, with his q1+e, it takes more effort for vlad to dodge or bait it.
