A closer comparison than G19 might be G48 as it's same width, and nearly same height, and weight as Macro X. Just 1" longer barrel for more sight radius and muzzle velocity. However, unless you add the Shield Arms 15 round mag, to the G48, 10+1 vs the Macro X's 17+1 capacity could be a deal-breaker.The P365 XL has a more compact grip than 43x MOS by about 1/4" which makes a difference for concealability. I'm a 43x MOS guy (hence why I am on this sub) but because the magazine doesn't fit flush the grip is just long. Add an optic to it and the height of 43x is a lot. I've had all of the above.There's no difference in length on those guns, one has a shorter barrel but the built in comp makes the slides the same size, so from a conceal ability standpoint it's a non issue.
